The Palais Saleya owes its name to the nearby Cours Saleya. This pedestrian street of Old Nice, famous for its typically Mediterranean and colourful flower and other markets, is one of the many attractions within easy walking distance of the hotel.
Our apartment hotel benefits from an exceptional location in the heart of Nice, yet is just a stone's throw from the city’s famous beaches. Located in a very pleasant area, at the entrance to the Old Town and its charming alleys, it is only a few minutes’ walk away from a multitude of shops, fashion boutiques, bars, restaurants and cultural sites.

From the Palais Saleya, lovers of leisure or water sports can reach the seaside in less than 5 minutes, and shopping lovers can also quickly get to the city's most commercial arteries, such as the Avenue Jean Médecin or the Avenue de Verdun.
Art and culture enthusiasts will also be delighted by the close proximity of the Place Masséna and the Theatre de Verdure, an open air performance venue that hosts numerous events throughout the year (Nice Jazz Festival, Christmas market, and a wide range of shows), as well as the Opéra de Nice, the Museum of Photography and the Théâtre des Oiseaux.

Arriving by plane
From the Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport you can reach the Palais Saleya in about 10 minutes in various convenient ways:
By taxi, these are available in the front of the airport;
By shuttle, by pre-booking your journey with our reception staff;
By bus, catch service 98 (in the direction of Promenade des arts) to the Cathédrale -Vieille Ville stop, a one minute walk from the hotel.
Arriving by train
From the Gare de Nice you can get to the Palais Saleya both quickly and easily:
By tram (5 minutes), take the T1 Tram from the Gare-Thiers stop to the Opéra - Vielle Ville stop, which is just behind the hotel;
By car (10 minutes)
On foot (15 minutes)
Arriving by car
Our hotel has parking spaces allocated to our guests at the preferential rate of 25 € per day, situated in the parking lot of Palais de Justice, only 100 meters from the hotel. Please note that these places are on request and are limited. If we have no available parking space, various covered public car parks are located near our hotel :
